Get help

Most answers are in the FAQ. If yours is not, write to us — the addresses below reach different people, so picking the right one is faster than picking the general one.

If you are in immediate danger, call 112 first.

Then tell us at safety@hairdose.com so we can act on the account and the listing. hairDose cannot dispatch emergency help.

Before you write about a booking

Try the venue first. Their phone number is on your booking. Running late, needing a different time, wanting a fix to a cut you are unhappy with — all of these are resolved fastest by the people holding the scissors, and usually on the same day.

Then raise a dispute from the booking, or email us. Include the booking reference and what you have already tried — it saves a round trip.

On money: you pay venues directly, so hairDose has no payment to reverse. We can press the venue, act on their listing, and let your review stand. See cancellations and refunds.

If we have not resolved it

Escalate to our grievance officer. Under Indian law this is a named person with a duty to respond, not a shared mailbox that absorbs complaints.
